Seasoning for Fry Chicken (Wings & Frog Legs) – 3 oz (85g)

Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), Black Pepper, Garlic, Butter Cheese, Corn Starch.

Instructions:

- Use the top half of the powder to marinate 2 lbs of chicken wings or frog legs with 8 cloves of minced garlic and 2 teaspoons of butter for 45 minutes.

- Heat oil in a pan (enough to deep-fry). Dip the marinated meat into the remaining powder before frying until golden brown.

- Drain well and serve hot with butter and garlic for added flavor.
