Cooking Directions:
1. Chop ½ kg (1 lb 2 oz) lean pork sirloin while fresh and cold.
2. Cut 250 g (9 oz) cooked pork into small long strips and keep cold.
3. Combine all ingredients with the contents of this packet. Add 3 tablespoons of chopped fresh garlic and 20-30 fresh red chili peppers.
